George Pataki’s 12th annual executive budget with a TV reporter. Errigo said he is most interested in parts of the proposed budget that are designed to ease the property tax burden on New Yorkers, accelerate the successful Empire Zones programs and provide local governments in Livingston, Monroe and Ontario counties with the aid they’ll need to further combat crime and increase homeland security.
