ERRIGO AND PATAKI SECURE EMPIRE ZONE
Assemblyman Joe Errigo (R,C-Conesus) receives his official copy of
legislation creating an Empire Zone in Livingston County from Gov. George
Pataki. The state Empire Zones program provides tax breaks and other
financial incentives for business owners who operate within the specially
designated areas.
