he will seek Re-Election
New York State Assemblyman
Joseph Errigo announced today that he is running for his fifth consecutive
term for Assemblyman representing parts of Monroe, Ontario, and Livingston
counties. First elected in 2000 as Assemblyman from the 136th
Assembly District, Errigo currently represents the 130th Assembly
District.
Assemblyman Errigo serves as the Ranking Minority Member of Assembly
Children and Families Committees: Banking, Transportation and Economic
Development, Job Creation, Commerce & Industry.

Assemblyman Joe Errigo of Conesus received the endorsement of the Livingston
County Republican Committee for his bid for re-election to the State
Assembly as the representative for the 130th District. "I am honored to once
again have the invaluable support of the Livingston County Republican
Committee. I am confident that I will continue to effectively represent the
interests of my constituency in Albany, "said Errigo.
Errigo has served three terms in the State Assembly,
initially as the representative for the 136th and recently as the
Assemblyman in the 130th District. Errigo represents the towns Conesus,
Livonia, Sparta and Springwater.
Errigo also represents the towns of Bristol, Canadice,
East Bloomfield, Farmington, Naples, Richmond, South Bristol, Victor and
West Bloomfield in Ontario County; as well as Henrietta, Mendon and
Pittsford in Monroe County.
Assemblyman Errigo is the Ranking Minority Member of
the Assembly Children and Families Committee. He also serves on the Banking
and Housing Committees. Errigo is a member of the following Task Forces:
Assembly Republican Nursing Shortage Task Force, Video Voyeurism Task Force,
Budget Reform Task Force, Economic Development Task Force, Integrative
Medicine, Bio-diversity and Agriculture, Sex Crimes Against Children and
Women Task Force, Manufacturing Task Force, Task Force on Small Business,
Task Force on Medicaid Waste, Fraud and Abuse and the Assembly Hunting and
Fishing Task Force. He is also a member of the New York state Armed Forces
Legislative Caucus.
